Some requirements don't sit neatly under one heading: a remote compound that needs kitchen, dining, staffing and supply from nothing; a live facility that needs replacing without a break in service; a multi-site rollout on a fixed programme. We scope these as projects and deliver them end to end.

Integrated delivery
Because design, fit-out, modular facilities, staffing and operations sit in one company, complex scopes don't need multiple contractors to be coordinated by the client.
